Challenge

Previously, managing cloud security manually across a diverse multi-tenant fleet proved impossible to scale efficiently.

• Disconnected tooling & fgragmented workflows: Monitoring both AWS and Azure required cross-referencing disjointed vendor reports, MITRE, and public CVE databases every time a new vulnerability dropped.
• Absence of environmental context: The team had no automated way to determine if a vulnerability was actually exploitable in a specific customer's architecture. A critical finding on paper might be non-exploitable in one environment but a severe threat in another, yet all required identical manual investigation.
• Volume-based ticket multipliers: A single root issue replicated across multiple customer accounts generated independent tickets for each, creating immense operational noise and manual overhead.

Solution‍

Mantel deployed Plerion’s agentless platform across its managed customer base to embed Pleri AI directly into their daily operations.

• Unified multi-cloud correlation: Plerion correlates risks across security posture, configuration, identity, and network exposure. This provides a single view across the entire portfolio while closing the detection gap for Azure customers where native tools fall short.  

• Contextual exploitation analysis: Powered by Amazon Bedrock, Pleri applies exploitation requirements against the live configuration of affected resources. It generates a confidence score so high-severity findings without environmental prerequisites can be safely deprioritied.  
• Automated ticket enrichment: Pleri automatically enriches security findings with an actionable remediation plan, effort estimate, and priority score before hitting the engineer's queue.  
• IDE-nmative fix delivery: Through Plerion's MCP server integration, engineers and customer developers receive executable CLI commands and IaC patches directly inside their IDEeliminating portal logins and context switching.
